- Physical preparation for birth
Aniball is the ideal product to prepare the body for an impending birth and to strengthen the pelvic floor after birth. The pelvic floor trainer accompanies you not only during but also after pregnancy. The practical pelvic floor trainer can be inflated with the hand pump so you can adjust its volume to suit your individual needs.
What does Aniball offer me?
With 15 minutes of daily training with Aniball, you can prepare yourself physically for an impending birth. The pelvic floor trainer helps you to strengthen the pelvic floor and facilitates the head passage of the child during the vaginal birth. Daily training also reduces the risk of cracking or episiotomy during birth. After a birth, you can use the handy trainer for postpartum rehabilitation and strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. It also reduces incontinence problems.
How does training with Aniball work?
The pelvic floor trainer Aniball is an innovative balloon. It can be inflated with the practical hand pump. So you can adjust its size individually, depending on whether you want to train your pelvic floor or prepare for a birth. First take a position that is comfortable for you. It is particularly suitable to take the position you would like to take at birth. During the first exercise, learn to control the balloon in the vagina. The balloon can move outwards or inwards within the vagina depending on the activity of the pelvic floor muscles. You can control this movement with your pelvic floor muscles. It helps you to prepare your vagina for the forthcoming birth. As you approach the date of birth, you can slowly get used to a larger balloon circumference. This should imitate the child's head. The aim here is to be able to control the pelvic floor in such a way that the child's passage is made easier and any injuries to the body, such as a dam fracture, can be minimised at the same time. More detailed information on individual exercises with Aniball can be found in the enclosed instructions.
What do I need to keep in mind?
How far you inflate the balloon is entirely up to you and your body feeling. Only expand it step by step so that your body can get used to the new balloon circumference. If you feel more comfortable with a smaller circumference, you can also successfully complete your training with it. For easier insertion of the pelvic floor balloon, we recommend using a water-based lubricant.
