First download the app. Then it will tell you how to place the patch. The patch accurately records this rise and the app confirms the result when ovulation has occurred. This way you get to know your cycle well and can double the chance of pregnancy. The patch can be removed after about 5 to 7 days. Three patches are included in the pack and will last you for 3 full cycles.
