How does Lady Comp work?
Lady-Comp uses the Fertility Tracker Method (FTM) to determine very precisely which phase of the cycle you are currently in and whether you are fertile: thanks to the intelligent algorithm, which is based on findings from 35 years of research and more than ten million evaluated cycles, Lady-Comp can determine fertile phases with an accuracy of over 99% - in less than a minute and completely without the time-consuming recording of cycle curves or diagrams. The highlight: Lady-Comp works 100% naturally and can even detect and tolerate irregular cycles, exception scenarios and fluctuations.
How does the morning measurement of my temperature?
Lady-Comp is super easy to use: To do this, simply measure your basal body temperature under your tongue for around 60 seconds every morning after you wake up, and the cycle computer will show you directly which phase of the cycle you're in and whether you're currently fertile.
Red display= fertile/possibly fertile
Red display + cycle day flashing= Yay! Today is your expected ovulation
Green display= Infertile
Yellow display= learning phase/cycle fluctuation

What else do I need to consider?
The cycle computer does show you when you are fertile and when you are not, but it is still not a contraceptive. It's best to read the included instruction manual carefully before using it. Note that your temperature may change if you are taking medication or are sick. Usually you should skip the measurement in these cases. Since the computer needs to get to know you first, it will show you more red (fertile) and yellow (learning phase/cycle fluctuation) days at the beginning to be on the safe side.
