You can easily take your temperature when you wake up in bed, before you get out of bed. You can then enter the temperature with accuracy to two decimal places in the Ovy app. The previous measurement can be saved on the device itself. This analyses the figures using the symptothermal method. Three modes are available in the app: "Conception control", "Get to know your body" or "Get pregnant". The basal thermometer from Ovy is suitable for oral or vaginal temperature measurement.
The Ovy app is not a contraceptive and is therefore not certified as a medical device for contraception.
